It's April!

April in Colorado means cold and snowy days back to back with warm sunny days! It went down to 24 degrees this week, and this coming week is going to get up to 84! It's a weather roller coaster!

It's Almost Easter!

Holy Week Schedule

Palm Sunday: Once again our Palm Sunday Service, 13 April at 10:00am, will begin with our Praise group leading a processional around the sanctuary, singing and waving palm branches. This is a wonderful time of celebration of Jesus triumphal entry into Jerusalem.

Maundy Thursday: 6pm Thursday evening, 17 April. Come join us as we reflect on the night Jesus was betrayed. We will look at the events that transpire those final days of Jesus’ life and ministry leading up to His death, burial, and resurrection. The evening will conclude with everyone gathering for a depiction of the Last Supper and the bread and the cup.

Easter Sunday: April 20 at 10:00am. This is the most significant service of the year for St. Paul’s. Without the resurrection of Jesus, our faith, as the Apostle Paul says, is futile and meaningless. This is a celebration of our risen Lord and a reminder to all believers of the promise of eternal life with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We Believe!

We Believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit; and that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. We are a friendly, warm and welcoming congregation of between 75-85 people each Sunday. St. Paul's is a growing congregation and so excited to see what the Lord has planned for each new day! The people of St. Paul's are called to share the love of God. Our choir and our praise group provide a unique combination of both contemporary music and traditional hymns. Loving people, heartfelt music, and Pastor Kim's positive messages of Christ's love and our ongoing relationship with God combine to create a beautiful worship experience.

Who are We?

St. Paul's Community Church was organized in 1894. It has ties to the Evangelical & Reformed and the Congregational and Christian churches which became the United Church of Christ in 1957. On September 4, 2005, St. Paul's voted to become an independent, nondenominational, Bible-based church.

The initial congregation had a German heritage and St. Paul's was once a mission church. In the present days, St. Paul's tries hard to be a church in mission to our community and the world. Outreach is very important to the people of St. Paul's. We actively support a wide-range of people and programs, including the Jeffco Action Center, the Colorado Children's Home, Coats for Colorado, Compassion International, Feed the Children, Angel Heart, The Blue Bench, and many others.
